• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Degree, Advanced Degree.
• At least 1 year of experience with social media and online marketing technologies
• Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Positive attitude, passionate on collaborative teamwork, excel at interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Adaptable to change, able to pivot and find alternate solutions, demonstrated capability in meeting new challenges.
• Good problem solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.
• Ability to work independently
• Fresh graduate and SPM leavers are encourage to apply.

• To coordinate and monitor closely with the respective marketing person in-charge on their work progress
• To prepare, analyse and manage all digital marketing activities for social media, website and marketplaces
• To list all the products in various platforms
• To generate performance reports for sales, marketing and ads efficiency for the team lead to make proper decision
• Monitor the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and report findings to the Sales & Marketing team.
• To monitor Payment Gateway, Credit Spend and Payment alert from all the digital platforms
• To Setup Chatbot flow designed by the marketer
