Requirements

• Training would be provided to the selected candidates with the following skills and attributes:
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia or Bahasa Mandarin
• Proficiency in another language would be an advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and good typing speed
• Cheerful and Positive personality
• Adaptable and Proactive
• Able to communicate with customers
• Prefer a candidate with a Degree or Diploma or Higher Education Certificate

• Responsible for general office administration, operational and secretarial support to the Assistant Manager, Marketing and Senior Business Manager.
• Responsible for preparation of company correspondence, reports and other documents with speed, independently and accurately.
• Planning, developing and implementing effective marketing communications.
• To maintain good filing system and proper records of all documents, include company / corporate statutory and legal files.
• Compile submission & reporting of monthly A&P expenses.
• Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management.
