Job Overview:


We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

Marketing Administrator

to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will assist in executing marketing campaigns, managing marketing materials, and providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, has an eye for detail, and is passionate about marketing.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in the planning, development, and execution of marketing campaigns (both digital and traditional). Coordinate the production and distribution of marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, and promotional content. Maintain and update the company's website and social media platforms with relevant content. Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance and provide insights for improvement. Organize marketing events, trade shows, and promotional activities. Support the team with market research and competitor analysis. Manage the marketing budget, track expenses, and handle invoice processing. Provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing databases.

Qualifications:



SPM and above in Business Administration, Customer Service, or related field. Fresh graduates are welcome. Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles is an advantage. Fluent in Chinese, Bahasa and English are advantages. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask. Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
