Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in marketing administration or a related field.
• Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in all three languages.
• Strong knowledge of content creation principles and experience in developing engaging marketing content.
• Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies and techniques, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, and social media advertising.
• Experience in brand management, including maintaining brand consistency across all marketing channels.
• Expertise in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) for creating reports, presentations, and managing data.
• Hands-on experience in social media marketing, including content planning, community management, and performance analysis.
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems for managing customer data and marketing campaigns.
• Ability to develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns and strategies to promote FLOORMAC's products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Create engaging and informative content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, email, and print materials, while adhering to brand guidelines and maintaining a consistent brand voice.
• Manage and update the company's social media presence, creating and scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, and responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain and organize marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and product catalogs, ensuring they are up-to-date and readily available for sales and marketing teams.
• Coordinate and support marketing events, such as trade shows, product launches, and customer seminars, including logistics, vendor management, and promotional activities.
• Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, processing invoices, and tracking expenses.
• Assist in managing customer relationships through CRM software, ensuring accurate data entry, generating reports, and supporting customer communication efforts.
• Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement in marketing strategies.
