As part of our expansion, we are seeking a skilled and versatile Marketing and Finance Executive to join our team.

About the Role

The Marketing and Finance Executive is a dynamic dual-role position that combines financial responsibilities with marketing initiatives. You will be responsible working with our team to ensure accurate financial management and reporting, while also planning and executing marketing strategies to enhance the clinic's brand visibility and growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Finance, includes

Record and monitor payments from partner panel companies and third-party administrators (TPAs). Handle accounts payable: prepare payments, posting, billing, verification and filing of documents. Prepare company accounts for annual audit and tax purposes. Maintain accurate financial records in compliance with accounting standards. Identify and resolve numerical discrepancies or reporting issues.
2. Marketing

Develop and implement marketing plans to promote clinic services. Manage social media platforms and produce engaging content. Organize outreach programs and community engagement activities. Conduct market research, analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth. Track and report performance of marketing campaigns, providing recommendations for improvement.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, Business or related fields. Strong proficiency in MS Office, Excel, Google Workspace and relevant systems. Excellent numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail. Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an advantage). Must have own transport and willing to travel. Able to work independently and in a team environment. Organized, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced workplace. Previous experience in finance/accounting and/or marketing is an advantage. Fresh graduates with strong learning attitude are welcome to apply. Fresh and upbeat personality is a HUGE PLUS!
