We are seeking a dynamic and versatile individual to join our team as a

Marketing and Operations Lead

. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a multifaceted environment and is eager to apply both strategic thinking and hands-on execution across business development, operational management, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute marketing strategies to drive product awareness, customer acquisition, and retention across multiple channels. Analyse campaign and sales performance using tools like Google Analytics to identify trends and inform data-driven marketing decisions. Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including email marketing (EDM) initiatives, to promote products and services. Create compelling visual content using tools like Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop to support marketing efforts. Manage and optimise product listings, pricing strategies, and promotional activities on platforms such as Amazon, Lazada, and Shopee. Coordinate and manage hair and urine drug testing services, including the recruitment, training, and supervision of freelance personnel to conduct testing operations overseas. Handle client enquiries via email, telephone, and walk-in visits, providing timely and accurate support while upholding service quality. Support cross-functional business operations, including logistics coordination, process improvements, and administrative follow-through. Contribute to the development and implementation of scalable operational workflows to enhance efficiency and team productivity.

Requirements:

Strong interest in marketing strategy, business development, and operations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally. Proactive, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop Ability to speak good English and Chinese. We have clients globally and require you to communicate with them. Relocate to Singapore. We will provide Employment Pass (E Pass) Bachelor degree

Office working environment Monday - Friday, 9 am - 6 pm

Pay: RM10,500.00 - RM11,500.00 per month
