• Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
• Leading marketing department and responsible of selling Industrial land and other pocket industrial Land.
• Leading the preparation of Strategic Planning forecast for the Marketing Department.
• Initiated Marketing Plan Initiative by preparing Marketing Program, Promotion Plan, and Engagement Plan for Existing and Future Development.
• Build good rapport with Chambers of Commerce, MIDA, Invest Johor, MABIC, MDEC, and other promotional agencies to promote industrial assets.
• Build a good relationship with reputable real estate agencies to penetrate the industrial market and generate leads.
• Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company\xe2\x80\x99s customer base and ensures its strong presence.
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
• Present sales, revenue, and expense reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
• Assist in collecting industrial based information and socio-economic data

JOB REQUIREMENTS\xe2\x80\x8b

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing / Business Admin
• Minimum 8 \xe2\x80\x93 15 years experience in real estate/property development industries
• Hands-on experience in marketing planning & strategies
• Able to deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment
• Good writing skills in English
