Job Description

We are seeking a

creative, organized, and proactive Marketing & Social Media Executive

to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, managing social media platforms, and supporting both online and offline campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive sales. Key Responsibilities



Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns across digital and traditional platforms. Manage and update company social media accounts and e-commerce platforms with engaging content. Create and schedule posts, product highlights, and promotional materials to strengthen brand visibility. Support the design and development of marketing materials such as brochures, posters, banners, and videos. Coordinate in-store marketing activities, events, and product launches to attract customers and boost engagement. Assist in managing influencers, collaborations, and advertising campaigns. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify new marketing opportunities. Monitor and analyse campaign performance, preparing regular reports. Work closely with the sales team to align marketing activities with sales objectives. Handle administrative and documentation tasks related to marketing operations. Perform any ad hoc assignments or projects assigned by the company.

Qualifications



Minimum

Diploma or Degree

in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.

Fresh graduates

are encouraged to apply;

1-2 years

of experience in marketing or social media management is an advantage. Proficient in

Bahasa Malaysia and English

. Strong understanding of

social media platforms

(Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Basic knowledge of

design and content creation tools

(Canva, Adobe Illustrator, or Photoshop) is preferred. Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Creative, energetic, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
