Requirements

• SPM, Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in administration, marketing, sales. (Fresh graduates with passion for sales & marketing are welcome).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Insta, TikTok Canva, etc.).
• Familiarity with direct selling or MLM industry will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Creative, proactive, and results-driven.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and attend events if required.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns specifically for agent/distributor recruitment.
• Develop digital content, social media posts, email newsletters, and promotional materials to attract new agents/distributors.
• Organise and support agent recruitment events, webinars, roadshows, and onboarding sessions.
• Identify and engage with the target audience through social media platforms, partnerships, and community outreach.
• Collaborate with the sales and creative teams to align messaging and branding initiatives.
• Track and analyze recruitment campaign performance using data and analytics tools.
• Assist in creating agent recruitment kits, presentation decks, and training materials.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor strategies, and distributor needs.
• Provide ongoing marketing support to active distributors to enhance retention and motivation.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Lafleur's business model, product benefits, and agent/distributor incentive structures.
