Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to generate new leads via online and offline channels.
Manage and update the company's social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) regularly.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on social media and digital channels.
Collaborate with the sales team to convert leads into bookings.
Create simple graphics or short video content for online marketing campaigns (optional but preferred).
Monitor trends and competitor activity on social media.
Track and report on the performance of digital campaigns.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Tourism, or related field.
Fresh graduates are welcome; relevant internship or experience is an advantage.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English and [Insert local language, if applicable].
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail.
Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or similar) is a plus.
