Job Description

:

Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns (online and offline) Assist in content creation for social media, email newsletters, website banners, and promotional materials Help manage ANBOT's social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) Monitor online engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally Coordinate with internal teams (retail, e-commerce, fulfillment) to ensure campaigns are aligned and executed smoothly Assist with organizing and supporting marketing events, launches, roadshows, or pop-ups Conduct basic market research and competitor tracking Help maintain marketing inventory such as brochures, banners, merchandise, etc. Prepare weekly or monthly reports on marketing performance Support visual merchandising planning and in-store promotions Perform administrative duties related to marketing, including document filing, voucher tracking, and media coordination

Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication or relevant field Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-2 years of marketing support experience is a plus Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English Creative eye with a good sense of design and branding Familiar with social media platforms and trends (especially TikTok & Instagram) Able to use basic design tools like Canva (Bonus: Adobe Photoshop or video editing apps) Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Passion for outdoor lifestyle, retail, and customer engagement is an advantage
