About the role

We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Assistant to support day-to-day content production, social scheduling, basic analytics, and campaign coordination. You'll collaborate with creators, designers and strategists to ship high-quality short-form content and keep our channels lively.

Key responsibilities

Assist with end-to-end content creation: simple scripting, shoots, thumbnail/cover design, short-form video edits Manage posting calendars across IG/TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/XHS; ensure on-time publishing and consistency Track performance (views, retention, CTR, engagement) and prepare simple weekly summaries Community ops: manage comments/DMs, escalate issues, coordinate with partners/KOLs On-site support for shoots, events and collabs; handle basic asset/org & file management

Requirements

Familiar with major social platforms (IG/TikTok/YouTube/Facebook/XHS) Basic video editing (Premiere/CapCut or similar) and simple design (Canva/Figma) Bilingual: English & Chinese Detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable communicating on set and online Own transport

Nice to have

Experience writing short-form hooks and captions Basic understanding of platform algorithms & content best practices Exposure to analytics dashboards (native platform or third-party)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
