Support the creation, planning, and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to increase ridership and enhance the company's brand image.
Content Creation:
Assist with writing, editing, and designing marketing materials, including brochures, social media content and sales decks.
Social Media Management:
Help manage the company's social media accounts by scheduling posts, responding to inquiries, monitoring engagement, and brainstorming creative content ideas.
Market Research:
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, and competitor activities, helping to inform marketing strategies.
Data Collection & Analysis:
Track and report on marketing metrics, such as campaign performance, and social media analytics.
Administrative Support:
Provide general administrative assistance to the marketing team, including maintaining databases, organising files, and handling routine communications.
Collaboration:
Work closely with other departments to ensure marketing initiatives align with business objectives.
Qualifications
A degree or diploma in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, or a related field
1 - 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or social media management preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with graphic design software (Canva, Adobe) is a plus.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
Creative thinking and ability to generate innovative ideas for content and campaigns.
