: Marketing Assistant Company: Klinik De Era Klinik De Era, a leading aesthetic and stem cell clinic, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. As a Marketing Assistant, you will play a crucial role in managing our e-commerce operations and supporting our marketing initiatives. • Manage and maintain our e-commerce platforms, ensuring smooth operations and optimal user experience.
• Assist in the development and implementation of digital marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement and increase brand visibility.
• Create and manage content for online platforms, including websites, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.
• Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing efforts and provide actionable insights.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences, and utilize this information to support marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and creative departments, to align marketing efforts and achieve business objectives.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating promotional events, trade shows, and conferences to enhance brand presence and generate leads.
• Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Fluency in English, Malay, and Chinese is essential for effective communication with a diverse customer base.
• Proven experience in managing e-commerce platforms and digital marketing campaigns.
• Proficiency in utilizing various digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
• A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations is a plus.
