We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Marketing Assistant

to join our team. Based in Malaysia, you will support our marketing activities for both Singapore and Malaysia. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on marketing experience who enjoys design, content creation, and research.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update marketing collaterals (flyers, posters, brochures, presentation slides). Plan, create, schedule, and publish content on LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok. Capture and edit videos for social media using a smartphone or camera. Design visuals and perform basic video edits using

Canva

(must-have skill). Conduct market and competitor research to support campaigns. Track, measure, and prepare reports on marketing performance. Join weekly online team meetings for updates and alignment.

Requirements

? Proficient in

Canva

for design and social media visuals.
? Ability to shoot and edit basic videos for social media.
? 1-3 years of marketing or related experience.
? Portfolio of designs and/or videos you have created or managed.
? Familiarity with social media platforms and scheduling tools.
? Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
? Able to work

Singapore business hours

while based in Malaysia.
