Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, e-Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.
• Able to communicate Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Strong analytical and creative thinking skills.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Basic Design & Editing (preferred): Knowledge of Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools.
• Fresh Guraduated are encourage to apply.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Iskandar Puteri, Johor, Malaysia.

Responsibilities
E-Commerce Support

• Assist in updating product listings, pricing, stock levels, and promotions across e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, GrabFood, Foodpanda, company website, etc.).
• Compile daily/weekly sales reports and highlight variances, issues, or trends.

Digital Marketing & Campaign Coordination

• Assist in preparing digital marketing materials, visuals, and basic content for social media posts, e-commerce promotions, and email marketing.
• Help maintain marketing calendars and ensure timely posting of campaigns.

Content Writing

• Support content creation by gathering photos, videos, and information required for social media posts or promotions.
• Report trends, frequently asked customer questions, and engagement insights to the Sales & Marketing Executive.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Assist in collecting and organizing performance data such as traffic, conversions, click-through rates, and sales results.
• Prepare simple reports and summaries for management review.
