Marketing Assistant will be responsible for developing new business opportunities through email and social media outreach, qualifying potential leads. We welcome candidates with no prior experience, as long as you are proactive, willing to learn, and goal-driven. Comprehensive training will be provided to help you get started quickly.

Proactively reach out to potential customers via email or social media to generate new sales opportunities Understand customer needs and provide relevant product information Conduct online sales discussions and close deals through email or social platforms Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships Follow up with potential leads and referrals to increase conversion rates Provide product details and solutions according to customer requirements Update customer information, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system in a timely manner Track and report sales performance and conversion rates Prepare, update, and maintain sales reports and documentation Gather customer feedback and observe market trends Assist in sales campaigns, promotional activities, and marketing initiatives
