At least 1 year experience in social media management, website content creation & customer service.
Active on social media, with knowledge of marketing & advertising on various platforms.
Ability to analyze data and adapt to evolving digital trends.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, chat-gpt and other software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
Responsibilities
Create & manage social media content for all social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
Assist in developing and executing social media plan to increase brand awareness and optimize targeted postings.
Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to track progress and continuously improve company\'s social media presence.
Basic video & photo editing skills.
Administrative marketing skills
Work closely with customers on website content creation.
Support marketing events, trade shows, and other initiatives as needed.
