- Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Bachelor\'s Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Communication, or any related field.
- At least 1 year experience in social media management, website content creation & customer service.
- Active on social media, with knowledge of marketing & advertising on various platforms.
- Ability to analyze data and adapt to evolving digital trends.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, chat-gpt and other software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized and detail-oriented with strong time management skills.
- Create & manage social media content for all social media platforms, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn etc.
- Respond to comments, messages, and mentions on social media platforms in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist in developing and executing social media plan to increase brand awareness and optimize targeted postings.
- Monitor social media trends, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports to track progress and continuously improve company\'s social media presence.
- Basic video & photo editing skills.
- Administrative marketing skills
- Work closely with customers on website content creation.
- Support marketing events, trade shows, and other initiatives as needed.
