Job Description
- Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/Administration/Marketing/Property Development/ Real Estate Management or equivalent.
- Basic in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and Microsoft Office
- At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Preferably experienced in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
- Motivated committed with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
- Proficient in written and verbal communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficient in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Result oriented, well-organised, good team member and able to work accurately and effectively under pressure
- Can work independently with minimum supervision and willing to learn
- Research, develop and implement marketing strategies to support developing education and recruitment strategies/events
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across online and offline channels
- Organize, coordinate and planning company events
- Collaborate and liaise with cross-functional teams / third party supplier / speaker/ production house to coordinate marketing efforts
- Measure and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives
- Create content for various marketing materials, including websites, social media, and advertisements
