Job Description

• At least Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least one (1) year experience in a marketing role or internship preferred.
• Required language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (compulsory)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights from campaign performance metrics.
• Ability to generate innovative ideas for marketing campaigns and content.
• Creative and flexibility

Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning, execution, and tracking of marketing campaigns across various channels such as digital, social media, email, and traditional advertising.
• Develop content for marketing materials including website, blogs, social media, and email newsletters. Ensure content is engaging, accurate, and aligns with brand voice and objectives.
• Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new marketing opportunities. Gather and analyze customer insight data to inform outreach strategies.
• Provide administrative support to General Manager and team including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, handling correspondence, and maintaining marketing databases.
• Assist in managing the company\'s social media profiles and presence, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
• Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, prepare reports on findings, and make recommendations for optimization.
• Work closely with other departments such as sales and product development to coordinate marketing efforts and ensure consistency in messaging.
• Ready for ad-hoc task assigned by superior.
