TanggungjawabCampaign Development and Execution
  • Lead in developing, implementing, and evaluating seasonal and product specific marketing campaign.
  • Coordinate with creative agencies, designers, and internal teams to ensure campaigns align with brand guidelines and objectives.
Social Media and Digital Marketing
  • Oversee day-to-day social media content creation and scheduling, ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
  • Monitor digital platforms (website, e-commerce) and performance metrics (e.g., website traffic, social engagement) and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns.
Market Research and Analysis
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Collaborate with the team to apply data insights in shaping future strategies
Product Launches & Events
  • Assists in creating marketing plans for new product launches and brand activation, including in-store promotions, digital campaigns, events and PR outreach.
  • Liaise with local partners, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful launches and events.
  • Track the success of launches and recommend adjustments for continuous improvement.
Budget Management
  • Manage assigned budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with approved marketing plans.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on marketing spend to the Marketing Manager.
Collaboration and Communication
  • Act as a liaison between the marketing team, operations team, and other departments to align objectives and strategies.
  • Foster partnerships with principal to ensure consistent brand messaging across all locations.
