  • Good command of both written and spoken language(s): English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin (need to deal with China counterpart).
  • Prior experience in e-commerce is a bonus.
ResponsibilitiesJob Overview / Summary:You will be responsible for planning, organizing, directing, and coordinating the marketing activities of a company or organization. The primary function of a marketing manager is to promote and sell products or services by creating marketing strategies and campaigns that can drive the full marketing funnels. Marketing managers oversee the entire marketing process, from market research and product development to advertising, promotions, and public relations. They work closely with other departments within the organization, such as sales, product development, and finance, to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business goals.:
  • Developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies that can drive the business goals together with cross departments.
  • Lead, develop and motivate marketing staffs and create an environment, via prioritizing, managing and make decisions for team that delivers effective outcomes.
  • Conducting market research to identify consumer needs and analyzing market trends and competition to form a solid marketing strategies and decisions.
  • Managing the company\'s brand identity and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Monitor and review the effectiveness and efficiency of marketing plans and activities in light of changes in external and internal environment.
  • Maintains a close working relationship with cross departments such as finance, sales, R&D, and factory team to align integrate marketing strategies to ensure business goals met.
  • Responsible on determining the pricing strategy, ensuring IT is aligned with its overall marketing and business objectives, and that it optimizes revenue and profitability.
  • Developing and managing annual budgets and allocating resources for marketing efforts.
  • Develop proper Marketing SOP/ processes to improve company\'s efficiency.
