Job Description

Responsibilities:

• To handle calls, email and other communication related to all sales & marketing matters including social media platforms.
• To generate new sales leads. (B2B)
• To handle sales enquiries and quotation, maintain and update customer order status.
• Assist in developing creative and impactful marketing materials, advertisements etc to assist sales & marketing department/manager.
• Preparing design concepts and strategy for online newsletter and promotional emails and organize digital marketing distribution through various channels.
• The ability to think and research around the different ideas, campaigns, marketing channels & marketing strategies.

Job Requirements:

• Fresh grads are welcome to apply.
• Candidates must possess at least Certificate/Diploma in Business Administration/Diploma in Marketing or equivalent.
• Familiar with design software (e.g., Adobe photoshop or equivalent) and digital marketing will be added advantage.
• Experience in LinkedIn and other social media platforms
• Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Malaysia.
• Mandarin speaker to liaise with mandarin speaker customer. (additional advantage)
