Job Description

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (both online and offline). Support social media content creation, posting, and engagement across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Coordinate promotional materials including flyers, banners, brochures, and digital ads. Maintain and update marketing databases, client lists, and CRM systems. Assist in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients. Support event management activities, including vendor coordination, logistics, and on-site support.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, or a related field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in printing, advertising, or events is an added advantage). Strong communication and organizational skills. Basic knowledge of social media marketing and digital tools (Canva, etc.). Creative mindset with attention to detail. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Preferable age is 35 years old and under
