Job Responsibilities - Marketing Assistant

We're looking for a proactive and creative

Marketing Assistant

to join our growing team! This is a great opportunity for fresh graduates eager to kickstart their marketing career and gain hands-on experience across a wide range of marketing activities.

What you'll be doing:

Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and social media) Help

manage and grow our social media presence

(content planning, posting, and basic analytics) Support the

creation of marketing materials

(brochures, posters, presentations, email newsletters) Coordinate with vendors, designers, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign delivery Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis Help organize and participate in community outreach programs, including

charity events

and

hospital-led screening programs

Contribute ideas to promote and

sell hospital products or services

Maintain and update marketing databases, mailing lists, and contact lists Track and report on campaign performance and help brainstorm improvements
