Exciting Challenges

• Organizing and participating in marketing events, trade shows, exhibitions, and conferences to showcase products/services and network with potential clients.
• Ensure that all marketing materials purchases are aligned with the overall campaign strategy and provide regular updates on purchase status and delivery timeline.
• Responsible for social media planning and management, including preparation of written material, photos, and videos for social media updates.
• Build a good relationship and collaborates with agencies, vendors, and clients.
• Liaise with media, printers and publishers as required and manage the production of marketing materials such as leaflets, flyers, posters, banners.
• Monitor and manage and plan the expenses within the budget.
• Develop comprehensive marketing strategies to drive foot traffic, increase event attendance, and enhance brand awareness.
• Guide & monitor marketing activities and ensure all enquiries requested are addressed within the time frame.
• Manage and monitor marketing gift inventory.
• Arrange delivery of marketing material for event and others region.
• Raise Purchase Requisition form, request PO.
• Work closely with the internal designer to ensure seamless collaboration on all marketing materials, advertisement, product packaging and projects.
• Responsible for planning, preparing video content, and collaborating with the photographer for the company\'s product video.
• Oversee and coordinate photo shoots.
• Collaborating with various team to align marketing efforts with sales goals and provide them withthe necessary marketing materials and support.

• Candidate must possess a Professional Certificate, Diploma / Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Marketing / Business Management, or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Availability to start work early will be an added advantage.
• The ability to design in Adobe software is an added advantage.
