Requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, responsible, and goal-oriented
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience is a plus, but not required
- Language required : Mandarin, English and Bahasa
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote company services
- Build and maintain good customer relationships
- Handle inquiries and provide accurate information to customers
- Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business
