Role Description Sharkrim i-Logistics is seeking a full-time Marketing Assistant to support the marketing team with day-to-day tasks. This is an on-site role located in Selangor, Malaysia. The Marketing Assistant will undertake tasks such as market research, customer service, sales, and sales & marketing support. Qualifications Communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and colleagues. Market research ability to gather and analyze data to understand market trends and adjust the marketing plans accordingly. Customer service skills to handle customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner. Sales skills to support the sales team with tasks such as lead generation, sales pipeline management, and customer relationship management. Sales & Marketing skills to assist the marketing team in creating and executing various marketing campaigns and activities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, business administration, or related fields.
