Responsibilities1. Content Creation:
Develop compelling and relevant content for marketing materials, blog posts, social media updates, etc. This can include before-and-after photos, walkthrough videos, and other engaging visuals.
2. Photography and Videography:
Capturing high-quality images and videos of completed projects is crucial. This involves not only taking the photos or videos but also editing and optimizing them for online use.
3. Social Media Management:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Create and curate content for different social media platforms, Google, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and manage online reputation.
4. Campaign Planning and Execution:
Develop marketing strategies and plans to reach target audiences and achieve business objectives.
Create and execute marketing campaigns across various channels, such as digital, social media, print, and events.
Collaborate with outsourced team to develop marketing materials like advertisements, content, and visuals.
5. Digital Marketing:
Manage online presence through website management, SEO, and SEM strategies.
Plan and execute digital advertising campaigns (social media ads, display ads, etc.).
6. Analytics and Reporting:
Track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Provide regular reports to management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement.
7. Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to different campaigns and activities.
Monitor expenses and ensure campaigns are executed within the allocated budget.
8. Website Management:
Maintain and update the firm\'s website, ensuring that it reflects the latest projects, services, and contact information.
9. Adding Company Logo to Photos:
Ensure that the firm\'s logo is properly added to photos and graphics used in various digital materials, maintaining brand consistency.
10. Updating Company Profile from Time to Time:
Keeping the firm\'s company profile and information up-to-date, reflecting changes and developments within the company.
11. Knowledge Transfer:
Facilitate the sharing of insights and knowledge between the in-house team and the outsourced team, ensuring that valuable information is exchanged.
