Marketing Assistant \xe2\x80\x93 The Exchange TRX
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Assistant to join our team and support our digital content efforts. As a Marketing Assistant, you will collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute engaging digital content across various platforms, including social media, email marketing, website, and more. You will assist in creating written and visual content, managing content calendars, analysing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to optimize content effectiveness. Your role includes for not limited to:
Assist in the development of content ideas, copy and visuals for various digital marketing platforms (e.g. website, social media, apps)
Assist in developing creative digital campaigns to create and maintain high levels of engagement, interest, and reach.
Assist in management of website for The Exchange TRX \xe2\x80\x93 content production and management and general housekeeping of website.
Assist in production of EDMs \xe2\x80\x93 conception/ideation, collation, content writing.
Measure ROI and KPIs for evaluation and reporting
Monitor and analyze content performance metrics, such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates, and use insights to optimize future content initiatives.
Support the marketing team with administrative tasks, such as organizing files, scheduling meetings, and coordinating projects as needed.
Assist in planning and executing media/influencer engagement initiatives.
Assist in planning & implementing digital communication strategies for the mall which may include building a strong brand funnel that incorporates awareness, perception to visitation, sales and loyalty.
Support any in-house events i.e. festive campaigns, tactical campaigns for the mall
Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of digital marketing/content creation experience.
Strong copywriting and language skills.
Competence in Adobe creative suite or similar software (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, InDesign) would be highly advantageous.
Collaborative team player, willing to operate in a virtual team.
Strong interpersonal, influencing and facilitation skills, able to build trusting and respectful relationships.
