Execute online marketing strategies for business growth.
Engage with customers and provide excellent online customer service.
Arrange appointments and update viewing schedule.
Support Sales & Operations with product uploading.
Collaborate with other teams for smooth operations.
Perform general administrative tasks (data entry, scanning, filing).
Maintain organized record system for admin and confidential matters.
Requirements:
The candidate must possess a Diploma / Degree in Real Estate / Business / Marketing / relevant.
Proactive, hardworking, positive working attitude, and results oriented.
Outgoing, cheerful personality, and comfortable talking with people.
Fluent in Mandarin is an added advantage to communicate with Mandarin speaker client.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Duration of internship period minimum 3 months and last semester student.
Candidate must possess laptop and smartphone. Poss own transport will be advantageous.
