Conduct market research on recruitment trends and potential new business opportunities Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients (email, LinkedIn, cold calls) under guidance Support recruitment team with marketing needs for branding and job postings

Requirements

Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field Strong communication skills in Mandarin, English and Malay Outgoing, proactive, and interested in learning about business development Interest in HR/Recruitment industry is an added advantage
