Job Responsibilities
:
Lead and manage end-to-end marketing projects from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with brand objectives.
Coordinate cross-functional teams including design, content, digital, and external vendors to achieve campaign goals.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for marketing initiatives.
Monitor and evaluate campaign performance through data and analytics, ensuring continuous optimization.
Act as a bridge between internal stakeholders, creative teams, and clients to ensure clear communication and execution.
Prepare regular progress reports and presentations for internal and client review.
Job Requirements
:
Experience in Marketing, Communications, Social Media Advertising or related field.
At least 2 years of experience in project management or marketing-related roles.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, tiktok and xhs).
Detail-oriented and capable of working independently.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
