What You'll Do:
Coordinate and support
marketing campaigns
that integrate with CRM systems, loyalty platforms, or automation tools
Gather client requirements and turn them into
digital solution briefs
Work with internal teams (tech, creative, CRM) to deliver projects on time
Monitor timelines, ensure smooth launches, and support troubleshooting during campaign go-live
Handle campaign and system documentation (flows, reports, manuals)
Stay updated with the latest
Martech tools and campaign trends
What We're Looking For:
Degree in Digital Marketing, IT, Mass Comm, or related field
1-3 years experience in digital projects, campaign execution, or client servicing
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Familiar with project tools (e.g., ClickUp, Trello), basic Excel, or CRM tools
Bonus if you've used marketing automation (e.g., Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce) or have PMP/Scrum/CBAP cert
