POSITION TITLE: Marketing Campaign Officer

CONTRACT DURATION: 12 Months

SALARY: RM3,500 - RM4,500

WORK LOCATION: The Vertical 8, Jalan Kerinchi. 59200 Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur.

WORKING DAY / HOURS: Monday - Friday / 09:30AM - 06:30PM

JOB DESCRIPTION

PURPOSE:

• Team player to drive E2E process of campaign operations. Will also be a solid support to the regional campaign team to carry out tasks that deliver smooth regional large-scale campaigns & release of campaign operation system feature.
• Goals are to drive operations efficiency and support to company\'s local markets, to achieve constant performance growth.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Oversee the team\'s operation timeline and help to set up and follow up all core alignments and decision-making cadences
• Responsible for most of team\'s administrative requirements such as documentation, archiving, filing, data compilations etc
• Be the contact point for cross function team coordination and support
• Assist on on-site traffic entry plans from cross domain alignments, and execute the plan through optimized operation SOP and qc country set ups
• Assist on GCP product operation in GCP system on various perspective including configuration, permission controls, help center queries

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in any relevant field are encouraged to apply
• Relevant 2-3 years working experience under digital, e-Commerce or related industries
• Strong adaptability to learn and develop in a fast-moving environment
• A self-motivated / self-driven individual who can collaborate and influence diverse teams and multiple stakeholders
• Passionate about E-commerce Ecosystem and Campaign Operation
• Hands-on experience to handle data handling is a bonus
