Requirements

• Able to write and speak in Mandarin.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Ability to think creatively and analytically, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Can work under pressure and able to prioritize tasks effectively, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising quality

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and content marketing.
• Create and manage engaging content for social media, and other platforms to drive traffic and engagement.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on marketing campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and etc...
• Analyze user behavior, campaign results, and social media metrics to optimize and improve future marketing efforts.
• Familiar with XiaoHongShu platform is a plus, including its user base, content trends, and marketing opportunities.
