Job Description


  • Bachelor\'s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven 1-3 years experience in managing marketing campaigns and content creation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., social media management, analytics tools).
  • Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging content.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in a marketing role within the entertainment or retail industry.
  • Familiarity with RM software and digital marketing strategies.
ResponsibilitiesManage Campaign Execution:
  • Plan, execute, and oversee marketing, advertisement, and promotional strategies to promote Cow Play Cow Moo Malaysia.
  • Take ownership of specific marketing campaigns, including coordinating with internal teams and external partners.
Coordinate with Stakeholders:
  • Manage relationships with advertising agencies, vendors, and event organizers to ensure smooth execution of advertisements, projects, festivals, and events.
  • Handle day-to-day communication and coordination with supervisors and stakeholders to meet campaign objectives.
Drive Revenue Generation:
  • Take initiative in following up on leads and inquiries for advertising sites, pop-up stores, and event spaces.
  • Actively contribute to strategies and actions aimed at driving revenue.
Track and Report Performance:
  • Measure and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, assessing against goals (ROI and KPIs).
  • Prepare and present regular reports on campaign performance and provide insights for optimization.
Create and Manage Content:
  • Develop engaging content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to different channels and audiences.
  • Manage social media accounts, monitor trends, and respond to audience interactions.
Collaborate Across Teams:
  • Work directly with the Social Media team, Operations team, and Finance team to implement marketing strategies.
  • Ensure alignment and collaboration across departments to achieve marketing goals.
Conduct Market Research:
  • Perform market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Analyze customer feedback and market data to inform and refine marketing strategies.
