Responsibilities

1. Brand Communications, Campaigns & Activities

• Conceptualisation and strategy for thematic and recruitment campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive traffic in-store
• Liaise with multiple teams and departments to ensure communications are rolled out on a timely manner
• Support trade launch events
• Collaboration with key market players to increase reach and awareness

2. Social Media Marketing

• Assist in sharing monthly social media focus based on marketing plans to Social Agency/Content Creators
• Assist in ensuring that brand and product info are accurate from the content created by Social Agency/Content Creators
• Create additional content for brand pages (includes photography, videography and copywriting)
• Manage and co-ordinate B2C consumer enquiries from all social media platforms
• Monitoring of influencer and media posts on our brands (to repost on our platforms)
• Documentation for brands\' co-op support
• Generate and analyse social media reports
• Be up to date with current trends in the market

3. PR

• Assist in influencer marketing and co-ordinating influencer outreach programmes (to be updated with influencers relevant to our brands)
• PR Box sourcing, packing and seeding to influencers and media
• Assist in organising and following up on arrangements for PR launch events
• Assist in organising PR award media buys
• Co-ordinate incoming media enquiries and assist in creating and distributing press releases
• Update PR Reports
• Update PR Awards List
• Documentation and PR Clippings for brands\' co-op support
