• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across all channels.
• Oversee and manage the brand's communications, ensuring consistency in messaging and positioning across all digital, print, and media platforms.
• Develop creative campaigns and initiatives to promote Anantara Desaru Coast's luxury offerings, services, and unique experiences, focusing on key target markets.
• Collaborate with regional and global teams to align marketing activities and leverage global initiatives while adapting them for local relevance.
• Manage public relations efforts, working with media outlets, influencers, and key industry stakeholders to enhance brand reputation and visibility.
• Lead and develop a high-performing team of marketing and communications professionals.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions and ensure Anantara remains a leader in the luxury hotel sector.
• Oversee budget planning, allocation, and performance reporting for all marketing and communications activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with external agencies, partners, and vendors to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in marketing, marketing communication or any related field
• At least 5 years experience in PR & marketing communication
• Experienced in writing and editing proposals and publications.
• Strong (written and verbal) communications skills.
• Excellent English skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines
