Join the EAD MarCom team in APAC as we strategically enhance awareness of our initiatives in the region, such as driving the energy transition forward. Your role will be essential within our fast-paced, agile team, collaborating closely with all levels of the EAD organization.How You\'ll Make an Impact\xc2\xb7 Drive content creation by collaborating with subject matter experts to increase external engagement through various marketing channels\xc2\xb7 Design and implement targeted customer webinars, campaigns (including digital media), and support participation in tradeshows and conferences\xc2\xb7 Actively support in the further development of a virtual sales enhancement tool\xc2\xb7 Actively drive internal engagement via platforms such as Viva Engage, newsletters, MS Stream, etc. and support regional BU town halls and business conferences\xc2\xb7 Assist in the development of annual marketing and communications strategy, including budget planning\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with regional teams to reinforce and align marketing activities\xc2\xb7 Supporting and compiling market and industry insights to drive growth and innovationWhat You Bring\xc2\xb7 Bachelor\'s, Master\'s or equivalent degree in communications, marketing or related \xef\xac\x81eld\xc2\xb7 8-10 years of relevant experience working on interdisciplinary teams, with a focus on communications and marketing\xc2\xb7 Experience in maritime, oil & gas, chemicals or process industries\xc2\xb7 The ability to turn technical information into engaging content for cross-channel marketing campaigns\xc2\xb7 Understanding of lead generation, with experience in targeted customer events, portfolio placement, including performance monitoring with KPIs, benchmarking and market analysis\xc2\xb7 First-hand experience with internal communications and employee engagement, fostering recognition, collaboration and sharing\xc2\xb7 Entrepreneurial spirit with hands-on attitude, effective networking and collaboration skills, independent work style, \xef\xac\x82exible and well-structured communications\xc2\xb7 Pro\xef\xac\x81ciency in MS Of\xef\xac\x81ce, especially PowerPoint and Excel, required; experience with data automation, and artificial intelligence\xc2\xb7 Good command of English required; Chinese language a plus to support region China, but not mandatoryAbout the TeamOur Transformation of Industry division is decarbonizing the industrial sector.
