Primary - SEA
\xe2\x97\x8f Lead and implement internal and external marketing and communication activities for SEA in line with the business and organizational strategies/projects, aligned with APAC - includes (but not limited to) strategic marketing initiatives, campaign development, trade events, advertising, website management, etc
\xe2\x97\x8f Manage and coordinate internal communication channels/platforms for SEA - win
announcements, presentations, workshops, etc.
\xe2\x97\x8f Creation and updating of marketing collaterals for SEA - case studies, reference, data cleansing, brochures, etc
\xe2\x97\x8f Responsible for supporting digital communications for APAC including planning, content management and updates for regional social media handle - LinkedIn, etc
\xe2\x97\x8f SEA lead generation and management, with the business stakeholders based on the targeted segments
\xe2\x97\x8f Brand governance across all collaterals for Veolia Water Technologies in SEA based on
guidelines in place
\xe2\x97\x8f Active engagement and collaboration with stakeholders for development and implementation of initiatives via the different platforms/channels
\xe2\x97\x8f Deployment of global marketing and communications projects/tools for the region where relevant

Management
\xe2\x97\x8f Collaborate with region/country heads, platform leads and BD/Sales teams to deliver market strategies, grow pipeline and increase hit rate.
\xe2\x97\x8f Provide support to the local BU for seizable leads and/or opportunities, customer/key account management (where relevant) and other added value support (analysis, customer tools, presentations, training)
\xe2\x97\x8f Work and coordinate with peers in other regions/global (VWT HQ)/techno BUs on market and offer initiatives/projects when relevant.

Safety
\xe2\x97\x8f Work with EHS lead to ensure the safe practices for all marketing and communications
activities where relevant and applicable

Quality
\xe2\x97\x8f Compliance and continuous improvement in processes/workflow related to marketing
communications

KPI

\xe2\x97\x8f Successful development, implementation and monitoring of all the designated initiatives and campaigns for the business

\xe2\x97\x8f Lead and manage SEA marketing team

\xe2\x97\x8f Timely publication of communication and deliverables for collaterals/presentations as stipulated and agreed

Qualifications

Education
\xe2\x97\x8f Marketing, Business Management, Communications
\xe2\x97\x8f Mandarin competency

Experience Expected

Assistant Manager:
\xe2\x97\x8f 8 to 10 years of experience in marketing in a regional role

Manager
\xe2\x97\x8f 10 to 15 years of experience in marketing

Competencies Expected

Technical
\xe2\x97\x8f Experienced in integrated marketing and communications, span across campaign and event management, digital marketing, social media, and utilization of CRM and marketing tools
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong articulation with good writing skills. Ability to develop targeted content with sound understanding of communication practices and processes.
\xe2\x97\x8f Digtital marketing communications knowledge - CRM, SEO, ad words, etc
\xe2\x97\x8f Experienced in B2B industrial organizations and exposure within SEA market is preferred
