Role Description
This position supports global and local marketing campaigns for Dr Ora group of brands, by implementing digital sales, marketing, and logistics strategies across online and offline channels. As a Marketing Content Creator, you will be responsible for creating engaging content to promote our products and services, managing social media channels, and collaborating with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns.

Proven experience as content creator and content development on Tiktok and Instagram
Strong analytical skills to analyse KOL data and content performance
Able to create innovative and engaging content
Good knowledge in working with E-commerce portal such as Shopee, Lazada, Tiktok Shop etc
Able to adapt to a fast paced working environment with tight deadlines
Excellent communication skills in email, customer enquiries and feedbacks.
Ability to work well under pressure, detail oriented and has strong logical and critical thinking to solve problems.
Able to work independently.
Responsibility
Develop and produce engaging and creative video and post for Tiktok and Instagram
Engage with KOL sourcing and partnership
Campaign management on our E-commerce platforms such as Shopee / Lazada / TikTok / Facebook
Produce/Create Reels, TikToks and Xiao Hong Shu, in consultation with our account managers and other creatives.
Product Shooting, Upload product details, including product titles, descriptions, prices, images, and specifications and maintaining all the SKUs selection on the e-commerce platform
Identify and build relationships with prominent influencers and thought leaders
Develop content ideas and curate content, translating the idea to reality with our in-house designer
Research relevant industry experts, competitors, target audience, and users
Public relation and marketing agency experience in the beauty industry is a plus
