Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for content, branding, and social media?

We're looking for a talented

Marketing & Content Creator

to join our team in Malaysia. This is a unique opportunity to work across

three dynamic businesses

- a fast-growing BPO, a leading IT Managed Services Provider, and a values-driven HR consultancy.

You'll be the voice behind our content, helping us engage audiences, strengthen our brands, and showcase the work we do to positively impact businesses in Malaysia and Australia.

What You'll Do

Create and manage

engaging content

(articles, posts, blogs, case studies) across HR, IT, and BPO industries. Drive our

social media presence

on LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other channels. Assist in planning and executing

marketing campaigns

and promotions. Design and coordinate

branded collateral

(presentations, graphics, marketing packs). Support day-to-day

marketing administration

and reporting. Collaborate with HR, IT, and BPO teams to ensure our content is on-brand and value-driven.

What We're Looking For

3-5 years' experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications. Strong writing skills in English (bonus points for Mandarin/Malay fluency). A creative eye for design and familiarity with tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar. Knowledge of social media management platforms. Self-starter with the ability to juggle multiple projects across different brands. Team player with a positive, can-do attitude. Must have sound knowledge with B2B Marketing. Must have prior experience managing LinkedIn accounts, with a strong focus on copywriting and creating engaging content to expand audience reach. Strong command of English for effective communication with Australian counterparts.
