Someone who knows how to tell stories that connect, and turn simple moments into something people want to share.
Our goal is simple: build organic reach like what you see from
Christy Ng, Pak Mat Western, Boss James, and Petron NKVE
-- content that feels real, authentic, and makes people want to know more about us.
You'll work closely management to develop content direction, write captions that hit the right tone, and bring ideas to life with our in-house team.
Your Role
:
1. Create content people actually care about.
Plan, brainstorm, and craft content ideas that get people to stop scrolling. You understand tone, framing, and how to make content feel alive -- not robotic or overly polished.
2. Turn ideas into execution.
Prepare simple storyboards and direction for each video/post. Don't worry about the camera -- we've got a shooter. Your job is to bring the creative spark and guide how the story unfolds.
3. Write words that move people.
Strong hooks, natural flow, and clear call-to-actions. You can write captions and scripts that sound human, not corporate. You know how to make people click that Learn More button, not just another ChatGPT copywriting.
4. Design with purpose.
You can design visuals that attract, not just look "nice." You understand what makes a design convert -- the right message, timing, and layout. Canva or Photoshop is fine, as long as you can make content that works.
5. Keep the brand consistent.
Help maintain our brand identity across all platforms -- social media, marketing materials, internal content. Everything should look and sound like us.
6. Measure, learn, and improve.
You'll check what works, what doesn't, and suggest improvements. We don't chase vanity metrics -- we care about reach, conversations, and real engagement.
From time to time, you may be assigned tasks based on company priorities or urgency. You're flexible enough to support these when needed -- as long as they align with the brand and business direction.

Able to work with

What You Bring
At least
1-2 years experience
in content creation, marketing, or branding - background is not important
Strong sense of storytelling and what makes content viral or relatable.
Skilled with Canva / Photoshop (video editing is a plus).
Good copywriting skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Active social media user who understands audience behavior and timing.
Independent, proactive, and genuinely cares about quality work.
