Job Summary:

We are hiring an

experienced Marketing & Content Support Assistant

to assist our Singapore marketing team while being based in Johor Bahru. This role requires creating and managing social media content, assisting with video shoots, and handling marketing coordination. The position will require commuting to Singapore 2-3 times per week for content collection and team support.

Responsibilities:

Support Singapore marketing team with content creation and coordination Create and schedule posts on LinkedIn, Facebook, and TikTok Handle script writing, editing, and assist with video shoots Design visuals and perform basic video edits using Canva, Adobe, or similar tools Conduct market and competitor research to support SG & Malaysia campaigns Prepare performance reports and assist with campaign tracking Travel to Singapore 2-3 times weekly for content work and team collaboration

Requirements:

1-3 years of marketing or related experience (with portfolio) Proficiency in Canva (mandatory) Skilled in shooting & editing short videos (phone/camera) Familiar with social media tools and scheduling platforms Strong written and spoken English Diploma/Advanced Diploma preferred Willing to commute regularly to Singapore

Pay:

MYR 2,200 - 3,600 / month

Job Type:

Full-time, 12-month contract

Monday-Friday, day shift
