This role is perfect for a marketer passionate about customers and looking to build on their marketing skills.What you\'ll do...Support the team on delivering marketing campaigns and customer outreach initiatives for our advocacy programsUndertake analysis and competitor analysis of our review programsCoordinate the execution of campaigns across the globe in eight languages - including the content development, localisation, web landing page updates, and design briefing processCollaborate with customer facing teams on incentive programsMonitor, document and respond to customer reviews plus escalate feedback internallyAssist with audience and cohort managementConsistently monitor, iterate and report on campaigns by reviewing analytics, comms performance & dataMeasure campaign performance and conduct continuous optimisationAssist with the development of customer storiesWhat you have...1+ years of marketing experience preferred with a real passion for the customerStrong writing and creative skills, always striving to deliver a high-quality campaign experience for customersTakes end-to-end accountability for campaign development and execution across multiple channels - email, in-app messagingRockstar collaborator who loves working with many stakeholders to produce a great customer outcomeThrives on the pace of a high growth tech environment and works at speed while delivering a high quality outcomeSolid working knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as Marketo, Intercom is an advantageDigital native who grasps new technology easily.
