We are a growing company in the retail and marketing space, looking for someone who can take ownership of marketing activities and support the development of our brand. The role involves planning, executing, and monitoring marketing work across various channels.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing plans to support business goals Create content for social media, promotional materials, and digital platforms Monitor campaign results and prepare regular updates for management Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences Organise events, exhibitions, or promotional activities when required Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors Ensure marketing materials are up to date and aligned with brand guidelines Handle general administrative tasks related to marketing
This position requires someone who can work independently, manage priorities, and make decisions with minimal supervision.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 2-3 years of experience in marketing or similar roles Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media management Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Malay Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks

Preferred Skills

Familiarity with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools Experience managing paid ads or analytics

Salary and Benefits

From RM2,500/month Negotiable based on experience and skill set Opportunities for growth based on performance

Working Hours

Sunday to Saturday: Half-day work schedule Working hours will follow standard half-day office operations (to be shared during interview)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
