Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and dynamic Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Yong Kang TCM. The role involves planning and executing marketing activities, driving brand visibility, engaging with customers both online and offline, and supporting sales growth across all outlets.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan and Organize Roadshows & Events

- Coordinate and execute health roadshows, exhibitions, and promotional events to increase brand awareness and customer engagement.

- Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure smooth event operations.

Sales & Customer Engagement

- Attend to customer enquiries from online platforms (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, website, etc.) in a professional and timely manner.

- Follow up with leads and convert enquiries into sales opportunities.

- Support outlets with marketing campaigns to achieve sales targets.

Digital Marketing & Social Media Management

- Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) with engaging content, campaigns, and updates.

- Monitor online engagement, respond to comments/messages, and track performance metrics.

- Collaborate with the design team to create attractive promotional materials.

Marketing Campaigns & Branding

- Assist in planning and executing marketing promotions, festive campaigns, and loyalty programs.

- Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and customer trends.

- Prepare and maintain records of promotional activities, leads, and conversion results.

Requirements:

- Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- At least 1 year of experience in sales/marketing

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficient in social media management and digital marketing tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
