Marketing Coordinator/Officer
Responsibilities
Communicating and coordinating campaign deliverables, objectives, timelines and instructions for promotional use to designers.
Planning and managing marketing efforts and promotional material for use in trade shows, conferences, events and meetings
Maintaining an inventory of marketing and promotional materials while coordinating new material creation as needed
Managing and coordinating tasks outsourced to external vendors, such as printing companies, external designers, website designer, etc.
Manage and handle customers' enquiries and feedback relating to product and promotional material, as well as customer satisfaction survey and completion of tender forms.
Coordinate and work closely with marketing team and designers on marketing deliverables, including social media posts, and print materials.
Establishing good contact and relationship with customer and assist customers /distributors on their promotional needs.
Requirements
Strong written and verbal English communication and presentation skills
Excellent interpersonal and project management experience and time-management skills.
Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, English language or in other related discipline.
Good in Microsoft Office applications including Excel.
Experience in marketing or customer service preferred.
Minimum 1 year of working experience in marketing or sales support/customer service.
Fresh graduates with keen interest to enter into Marketing field are also encourage to apply.
